选取银耳样品,采用蒸馏法和浸泡法提取银耳中亚硫酸盐。结果表明:蒸馏法提取银耳中亚硫酸盐最佳酸化剂是盐酸(3+1),最佳吸收剂是0.1mol/LNaOH,回收率为80.13%~81.99%,RSD为0.231%~0.540%。浸泡法提取时,采用室温下的0.1mol/LNaOH,时间30min,效果良好,回收率为79.41%~82.11%,RSD为0.554%~0.620%。当样品中SO2含量小于1500mg/kg时,蒸馏法和浸泡法提取效果相当,两种方法相对标准偏差为0.1804%~0.6654%,符合平行样测定要求。当SO2含量大于1500mg/kg时,蒸馏法较浸泡法提取完全。
Tremella samples were selected and the extract of the white fungus sulfite was extracted by distillation and immersion. The results showed that the optimum acidifier for extracting sulfites from Tremella fuciformis by distillation was hydrochloric acid (3 + 1), the best absorbent was 0.1mol / L NaOH, the recoveries were 80.13% -81.99% and RSD was 0.231% -0.540%.
