职业院校教育信息化是实现学校跨越式发展的必然途径,也是衡量一所职业院校是否具有竞争力的重要标尺。受经济发展水平、教育经费和教育理念等因素的影响,苏北职业院校和苏南职业院校教育信息化建设情况具有很大的差异性。因此,探索构建一套科学合理的苏北职业院校教育信息化建设评价指标体系对指导苏北地区职业院校教育信息化建设具有重要的指导意义。本文在国家信息化体系和教育信息化评价体系的基础上,根据专家意见,同时结合区域性职业院校自己的特点设计出了苏北欠发达地区职业院校教育信息化评价指标体系,并尝试应用该评价体系对盐城城南职教园四所职业院校信息化建设情况作出了评价。
Vocational education information is the inevitable way to achieve the leapfrog development of schools, but also an important measure of whether a vocational college is competitive. Affected by the level of economic development, education funding and educational philosophy, there are great differences in educational informationization in vocational colleges in North Jiangsu and in South Jiangsu. Therefore, exploring and constructing a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation system of education informationization in vocational colleges in Northern Jiangsu plays an important guiding role in guiding the construction of education informatization in vocational colleges in northern Jiangsu. Based on the opinion of experts and combining with the characteristics of regional vocational colleges, this paper designs the evaluation index system of education informatization of vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas of northern Jiangsu, based on the evaluation system of national information system and education informatization, The appraisal system was used to evaluate the information construction of four vocational colleges in Chengnan vocational education park in Yancheng.
