现有小开间大模板建筑体系在使用功能上受到了底层生活网点无法布置、上层小开间室户尺寸固定不易改造的限制。为使大模板建筑体系进一步发展,由北京市一建四工区承担了北京煤炭总公司二厂底层大空间、上层大开间商店住宅楼试点工程施工。现将施工试验情况分述如下:
The existing small-opening large formwork building system is limited in its function by the fact that the underlying living network cannot be arranged and the size of the upper-floor small-opening room is fixed and difficult to transform. In order to further develop the large formwork construction system, the Beijing No. 1 Construction Engineering Zone undertook the construction of a pilot project on the ground floor of the No. 2 Plant of the Beijing Coal Corporation and a pilot project on the upper storey residential building.
