合成洗涤剂原料直链烷基苯中含副产物烷基四氢萘和烷基二氢茚。因此,用凝胶层析法,用 Seplladex LH-20为吸附剂,研究了该项副产物的测定方法。凝胶层析法的条件为:玻管外径1.8厘米,长260厘米;开展溶液用异丙醇;试样用量为50微升时,烷基苯和副产物的分离情况良好。根据市场上供应的直链烷基苯的分析结果,烷基苯和副产物的峰分离度在1以上,峰面积可用面积测定仪定量测定。
Linear alkylbenzene, a raw material for synthetic detergents, contains by-product alkyltetrahydronaphthalene and alkylindane. Therefore, the determination of this by-product was studied by gel chromatography using Seplladex LH-20 as the adsorbent. The conditions of the gel chromatography were: the outer diameter of the glass tube was 1.8 cm and the length was 260 cm; the solution was carried out with isopropyl alcohol; and when the amount of the sample was 50 μl, the separation of alkylbenzene and by-products was good. According to the analysis results of linear alkyl benzene supplied on the market, the peak separation of alkylbenzene and by-products is above 1, and the area of the peak can be quantitatively determined by an area analyzer.
