引言在行波管中使用钐钴磁铁致使已经研制出很小的行波管。在导弹或其它对空间和重量有限制的地方,这些器件用来作为微波功率放大器是很有吸引力的。在这些系统应用中如相参雷达要求射频器件的相位噪声很低。在这样应用中由于缺乏工作的行波管相位噪声纯度资料,因此需要进行一系列试验得到其结果,在这篇报告中给出试验结果。
Introduction The use of samarium-cobalt magnets in traveling-wave tubes has led to the development of very small traveling-wave tubes. These devices are attractive for use as microwave power amplifiers in missiles or other space and weight limited areas. In these system applications such as coherent radar requires low phase noise of RF devices. In this application, due to the lack of information on the work of traveling wave tube phase noise purity, it is necessary to conduct a series of tests to get the results, the test results are given in this report.
