在市场经济飞速发展的今天,企业的竞争愈加激烈。而企业的核心竞争力来自于企业内部的人才,因此加大企业的人力资源管理,加速企业人才的培养成为了决定企业是否能在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出的关键所在。目前,我国的有许多企业的人力资源管理水平还比较薄弱,或多或少都面临着各种各样的人力资源风险,但还没有意识到风险的存在,因此,企业人力资源风险是值得关注的课题,正确的认识这些风险并提出解决的对策,已成为企业迫在眉睫的任务。
