苏打水,是指含有小苏打(碳酸氢钠)的水,市场上销售的瓶装苏打水的pH值一般在7.5~7.8,呈弱碱性。在炎热的夏季喝一杯爽口的苏打水是非常惬意的事,但苏打水比较贵,如果经常喝的话实在不划算,所以不少人想在家自制苏打水。对此,专家表示,自制苏打水存在卫生安全隐患。
