干部人事档案真实记录了组织干部的个人履历、思想政治和专业技能等一些基本情况。它为组织上干部的任免、考察、调动、晋升提供充分的资料。近些年,干部人事制度不断改革,干部人事档案管理工作迎来新的机遇和挑战,现阶段的干部人事档案工作还存在很多弊端和问题亟待解决。笔者结合自身的工作经验谈谈加强干部人事档案管理工作的必要性和一些措施。
Cadres and personnel files truly record the personal resume of cadres, ideological, political and professional skills and some basic information. It provides adequate information on the appointment, removal, inspection, transfer and promotion of cadres in the organization. In recent years, with the continuous reform of the personnel system of cadres and the management of cadres and personnel files usher in new opportunities and challenges, there are still many shortcomings and problems in the work of cadre personnel files at this stage which are in urgent need of solution. The author combines his own work experience to talk about the necessity of strengthening the management of personnel files and some measures.
