四川省巴中罐头食品厂为了提高蘑菇菌种质量,对蘑菇麦粒菌种进行了三年的深入研究。最近,巴中县科委对该项目组织的技术鉴定已获得通过。该项目解决了菌种配方,含水量及酸碱度等关键性技术。目前本地实际推广面积已达16.3%,蘑菇产量比草料菌种增产39.4%,制种成本比草料菌种降低62.1%。实践证明,本制种工艺先进合理,成本低,蘑菇单产高,能取得明显社会
