通过对宁夏区、地、县三级卫生防疫站及卫生防疫人员基本情况、科室人员构成、专业符合率及参入率、管理者素质、职工五年进修情况的调查分析,提示宁夏卫生防疫队伍中存在人员不足、骨干力量缺乏、初级人员多,进修机会少、专业参入率高等问题。针对存在的问题,提出了相应的建议。
