目的 探讨磁共振尿路造影 (MRU)技术在诊断儿童先天性泌尿道畸形中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析 2 4例儿童先天性泌尿道畸形患者 ,采用快速自旋回波 (TSE)行MRU检查 ,并与IVP和手术结果对照。结果 2 4例中单侧性 2 0例 ,双侧性 4例。MRU的原始图象及MIP图象清晰地显示梗阻的部位及程度 ,结合常规MRI ,诊断符合率达 88%。结论 MRU这一无创性水成像技术 ,能显示无功能性肾脏的集合系统 ,并兼有无X线辐射、无需碘造影剂等优点。在儿童先天性泌尿道畸形辅助检查中有着重要作用
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance urography (MRU) in diagnosis of congenital urinary tract deformity in children. Methods A retrospective analysis of 24 cases of children with congenital urinary tract malformations, using fast spin echo (TSE) MRU examination, and with IVP and surgical results. Results 24 cases unilateral 20 cases, bilateral in 4 cases. MRU original image and MIP images clearly show the location and extent of obstruction, combined with conventional MRI, the diagnostic accuracy of 88%. Conclusion MRU, a noninvasive water imaging technique, can display a collection system of non-functional kidneys and has the advantages of no X-ray radiation and no iodine contrast agent.
