近年来,宁波广电集团以广播剧“再提升工程”为抓手,积极实施文化精品战略,在广播剧生产上屡获殊荣。本文以获奖作品为例,详述构成广播剧“再提升工程”的三个“一”:一个支点,以地域特色为支点;一个团队,以浙江省文化创新团队“如意鸟”为创作班底;一种价值,大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观。在具体实践中,通过设立专项资金明确对精品创作的投入、培养储备专业人才和以日播节目带动精品创作等具体举措,探索具有地方特色的发展道路,以实现地方媒体广播剧精品创作的突破。
In recent years, Ningbo Radio and Television Group to radio drama “upgrading project ” as the starting point, and actively implement the cultural boutique strategy, award-winning in radio production. In practice, we should explore specific ways of development with local characteristics by setting up special funds to make clear investment in fine creation, cultivating reserve professionals and stimulating fine creation with Japanese broadcast programs, so as to achieve a breakthrough in the quality creation of local media radio dramas.
