通过试验测试了不同水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、粗细骨料含量等条件下自密实混凝土自由水损失率和干缩,研究了自密实混凝土自由水散失与其干缩之间的关系。结果表明,自密实混凝土干缩与其自由水损失率存在密切的关系。相对于普通混凝土,产生同样的收缩值,自密实混凝土的所对应的自由水损失率更大。水胶比、粉煤灰掺量及减水剂掺量等参数显著影响干燥过程中自密实混凝土的自由水扩散损失。
The loss rate and shrinkage of free water of self - compacting concrete with different water / cement ratio, fly ash content, coarse / fine aggregate content and other conditions were tested through experiments. The relationship between free water loss and shrinkage of self - compacting concrete was studied. The results show that there is a close relationship between self-compacting concrete shrinkage and the loss of free water. Compared with ordinary concrete, the same shrinkage value is produced, and the corresponding free water loss rate of self-compacting concrete is larger. Water-cement ratio, fly ash content and water-reducer dosage and other parameters significantly affect the free water diffusion loss of self-compacting concrete during drying process.
