[目的]了解农八师儿童常规免疫监测工作情况,及时发现问题,维持较高的疫苗接种率。[方法]对农八师2010～2011年儿童常规基础免疫卡介苗(BCG)、脊髓灰质炎疫苗(OPV)、百白破混合制剂(DPT)、麻疹疫苗(MV)、乙肝疫苗(HepB)、A群流脑疫苗(menA)的报告接种率采用差值(D值)、比值(R值)和脱漏率进行评价。[结果]2010～2011年各单位常规免疫接种报告及时率和完整率均为100.00%。2010年BCG、OPV、DPT、MV、HepB、menA报告接种率的D值分别为15.62、9.76、3.71、583.96、16.08、21.86;2011年BCG、OPV、DPT、MV、HepB、menA报告接种率的D值分别为6.26、11.57、12.45、445.54、3.03、20.63;2年D值评价均为不可信。R值评价,2010年的R1、R2、R3、R4分别为0.94、0.14、0.88、0.14;2011年的R1、R2、R3、R4分别为1.20、0.22、0.94、0.18;2年均为可疑或不可信。[结论]农八师儿童免疫规划疫苗报告接种率不够准确。
[Objective] To understand the routine immunization monitoring work of children in Nong Bashi School, find out the problems in time and maintain a high vaccination rate. [Method] The data of routine immunization of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV, HepB, A Reported vaccination rates for group A meningitis vaccine (menA) were evaluated using the difference (D value), the ratio (R value), and the rate of leakage. [Results] The regular immunization reports of all units from 2010 to 2011 were both timely and complete with the rate of 100.00%. The inoculation rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV, HepB and menA in 2010 were 15.62, 9.76, 3.71, 583.96, 16.08, 21.86 respectively. The BCG, OPV, DPT, MV, HepB, menA reported inoculation rates in 2011 D values were 6. 26, 11. 57, 12. 45, 445. 54, 3. 03, 20. 63; 2 years D value evaluation are not credible. R, R 1, R 2, R 3 and R 4 were 0.94, 0.14, 0.88 and 0.14 respectively in 2010; R1, R2, R3 and R4 in 2011 were respectively 1.20, 0.22, 0.94 and 0.18; Not credible [Conclusion] The vaccination coverage of the NIP vaccination report is not accurate enough.
