目的:准确测量活体三条肝静脉与下腔静脉的夹角。方法:在工作站上对100例受检者分别测量三条肝静脉与下腔静脉的夹角。结果:在100例受检者中肝左静脉与下腔静脉的夹角为74°;肝中静脉与下腔静脉的夹角为69°;肝右静脉与下腔静脉的夹角为55°。结论:多层螺旋CT的MPR及3D-MIP成像可清晰显示活体下腔静脉与三条肝静脉的解剖关系,并可以准确测量三条肝静脉与下腔静脉的夹角,为临床解剖学提供基础参考。
OBJECTIVE: To accurately measure the angle between the three hepatic veins and the inferior vena cava in vivo. Methods: The angle between the three hepatic veins and the inferior vena cava was measured in 100 cases on the workstation. Results: The angle between left hepatic vein and inferior vena cava in 100 subjects was 74 °. The included angle between the middle hepatic vein and inferior vena cava was 69 °. The angle between right hepatic vein and inferior vena cava was 55 ° . Conclusion: MPR and 3D-MIP imaging of MSCT can clearly show the anatomic relationship between living vena cava and three hepatic veins and accurately measure the angle between three hepatic veins and IVC, providing a reference for clinical anatomy .
