目的探究护理临床路径在阴道产钳助产中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年5月至2018年10月期间接受阴道产钳助产的产妇82例,其中41例给予常规护理,为对照组;另外41例给予护理临床路径,为观察组,比较两组的住院天数、住院费用、新生儿评分(Apgar)以及产妇并发症发生率。结果观察组住院天数、住院费用和产妇并发症发生率均低于对照组,其Apgar评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阴道产钳助产中采用护理临床路径能够有效减少产妇并发症的发生,有利于提高新生儿评分,缩短住院天数,降低住
