鼠为四害之一,毁坏食粮储物,传染病疾,为害至烈,必须消灭;灭鼠方法很多,毒鼠药为重要方法之一,常用于大量消灭鼠类。毒鼠药种类很多,迄今尚无一完全理想药品;虽然如此,在灭鼠上已起了很大作用。目前毒鼠药中较为理想者为安妥.一、安妥安妥为硫脲类化物,亦名萘硫脲(Alpha-naphthyl-thiourea);系灰色粉末,难溶于水。1.杀鼠效能:安妥对鼠之半数致死量约为7毫克/公斤左右,因鼠种不同致列量亦不同,如对褐家鼠为6.4—7.4毫克/公斤,而黑鼠则为240毫克/公斤,但白鼠则为1毫克/公
