我们在临床实践中发现利福平治疗耐药菌感染的伤寒有效,现报告如下。病例与方法研究对象 72例均为本院1987年11月至1988年2月收治的伤寒病人。诊断标准:1.具有持续发热、伤寒中毒面容、肝脾肿大、血白细胞减少和嗜酸性细胞消失或减少等临床特征;2.细菌培养阳性;3.肥达氏反应阳性且抗体滴度逐次递升。

Diagnostic criteria: 1. Has a continuous fever, typhoid poisoning face, hepatosplenomegaly, leukopenia and eosinophils disappear or reduce other clinical features; 2. Bacterial culture positive; 3. Widal reaction-positive and antibody titer successive Ascent.
