网络服务平台的构想,源于对创业人、创业企业服务扶持需求的深层次的理性思考。当中国的孵化器建设事业发展到今天,在孵化器由事业型向产业型转轨过渡时期,为创业人、创业企业共建孵化网络,共享服务平台,非但必要,而且变得十分紧迫。孵化器终成大器,此语绝非妄言。经过15年的不懈努力,中国科技企业孵化器历经风雨,已见彩虹。自1987年中国第一家企业孵化器——武汉东湖创业者中心宣告成立,到目前全国共建有500多家各类科技企业孵化器网络,这些孵化器几乎都是服务于科技企业,在数量、规模、种类等方面实现了很大的突破,创业服务的水平有了不断的提高,基础设施、社会网络、服务功能以及孵化质量取得了长足的进步。企业孵化器的成功运作,极大地促进了科技成果的转化,形成了创业氛围,弘扬了容忍失败,鼓励冒险,崇尚创新的企业家精神,吸引了一批海外高素质人才回国创业,推进了国际合作,为中国高新技术产业的技术创新和技术发展做出了重要的贡献。
