加州鲈代谢能需要量的研究

本试验测定了加州鲈(体重20~25g)在水温18℃和28℃时的基础代谢、常规代谢及活动代谢。代谢测定分4组进行 :(1)水族箱外包铝箔 ,在无光条件下测定随意活动的基础代谢 ;(2)在无光条件下 ,将鱼分别置于塑料圆筒内限制活动 ,测定基础代谢 ;(3)在有光不给食条件下 ,测定自由活动的常规代谢 ;(4)在有光给食条件下 ,测定活动代谢。另设空白对照。水温在18℃时无光随意活动下测得的标准代谢率为101.87mgO2/kg h ,标准代谢能为1.51kJ/kg h。活动时的代谢率比标准率高出近一倍。经过T检验 ,无光限制活动与随意活动的代谢率差异不显著(P>0.05) ;给食时的活动代谢率显著地高于不给食的(P<0.01)。水温28℃时测得值比较结果与此相同。水温28℃时的标准代谢、常规代谢和活动代谢均比18℃时相应的代谢率提高近1倍。作者建议 ,在每日能量估算时 ,用无光随意活动时的代谢能作为标准代谢能的估算值 ,将更接近实际值。 This experiment measured the basal metabolism, routine metabolism and active metabolism of California bass (body weight 20 ~ 25g) at water temperature of 18 ℃ and 28 ℃.
