目的 :研究尿激酶最短溶解、最佳溶解高峰时间、最低溶解有效浓度及计算机的优越性。方法 :用高血压脑出血超早期取得的血肿块作为实验研究的血肿模型 ,采用 BH— 型国产立体定向仪和计算机立体定向软件。结果 :ADL 级 2 4例 (37.5 % ) ,ADL 级 19例 (2 9.7% ) ,ADL 8例 (12 .5 % ) ,ADL 级 4例 (6 .2 5 % ) ,ADL 级两组均为 0例 ;ADL 级 7例 (11.9% )。结论 :采用尿激酶辅助定向术治疗 6 2例患者 ,具有创伤小 ,定位准确 ,血肿清除彻底 ,并发症少等优点。
Objective: To study the shortest lysis of urokinase, the best lysis time, the lowest lysis effective concentration and the superiority of the computer. Methods: The hematoma obtained early after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was used as an experimental model of hematoma. BH- type stereotaxic instrument and computer stereotactic software were used. Results: There were 24 ADL patients (37.5%), 19 ADL patients (2. 9.7%), 8 ADL patients (12.5%), 4 ADL patients (6.52% 0 cases; ADL grade in 7 cases (11.9%). Conclusion: Urokinase-assisted orientation treatment of 62 patients with trauma, accurate positioning, complete hematoma removal, fewer complications.
