本文观察20例男性心肌梗塞(AMI)恢复早期患者放射性核素心血管造影门电路平衡法左心功能指标的意义和价值。收缩功能参数射血分数(EF)和射血速率峰值(PER)明显异常,而舒张功能指标峰值充盈速率(PFR)和峰值充盈速率时间(TPFR)影响不明显。室壁运动异常可作为心电图和双维超声心动图检查的补充。心功能参数与入院 Killip 分级关系不密切,可能受出院心功能的影响。
This article observes the significance and value of left ventricular function index of radionuclide coronary angiography gate balance in 20 cases of early recovery of male myocardial infarction (AMI). Systolic function parameters ejection fraction (EF) and ejection rate peak (PER) were significantly abnormal, while diastolic function index peak filling rate (PFR) and peak filling rate time (TPFR) had no significant effect. Wall motion abnormalities can be used as a supplement to ECG and two-dimensional echocardiography. Cardiac function parameters and admission Killip classification is not closely related, may be affected by discharge cardiac function.
