农村是经济社会全面发展的短板,大力推进社会主义新农村社区建设,全力打造生态文明新农村是党的十八大明确提出的一项重要任务。全国各地开展了新农村社区建设的探索与实践,并形成了一些卓有成效的新模式,其中京山县马岭村就创新地开展了村企共赢发展的模式。对这种模式进行一定的分析研究,将会对我国目前各地兴起的新农村社区建设提供经验借鉴与启示。
The countryside is a short board for the all-round economic and social development. Vigorously promoting the building of a new socialist countryside and building a new, ecologically-clean countryside is an important task that the party’s 18th CPC National Congress has clearly put forward. The exploration and practice of community construction in new rural areas have been carried out all over the country and some effective new models have been formed. In Maling Village of Jingshan County, a model of a win-win partnership between village and enterprise has been innovated. Some analysis and research on this model will provide experiences and enlightenment to the construction of new rural communities in our country nowadays.
