建立了适合于测定抗生素2507效价的生物扩散检测系统(管碟法),该方法动力学方程斜率较小,平均为0.104,截距也较小,平均为-0.452,说明其精确度较高。应用该系统的二剂量法检测12批次发酵样品,与温室黄瓜苗期生物检测结果一致,说明该方法可进一步应用于2507菌种诱变、发酵调控、有效成分提取等方面的检测。
A biological proliferation detection system (tube plate method) suitable for the determination of the antibiotic 2507 titer was established. The kinetic equation of this method has a small slope with an average of 0.104 and a small intercept, with an average of -0.452 High accuracy. The 12-batch ferment samples detected by the two-dose method of this system are consistent with the biological test results of greenhouse cucumber seedlings, indicating that this method can be further applied to the detection of 2507 strains of mutagenesis, fermentation regulation and active ingredient extraction.
