Objective To investigate the effect of different suture methods of cesarean section on the incidence of uterine rupture in second trimester of pregnancy. Methods From February 2003 to July 2016, maternal and child health clinic of Dalian Zhuanghe MCH hospital treated 1,024 pregnant women who underwent second pregnancy after cesarean section as the research object. According to the suture method after cesarean section operation They were divided into single continuous suture group (501 cases) and double continuous suture group (523 cases). The incidence of threatened uterine rupture, uterine rupture and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of threatened uterine rupture and uterine rupture in patients with double continuous suture were significantly lower than those with single continuous suture (both P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of double continuous suture was 96.0% There were significant differences in 80.0% of single suture continuous suture (P <0.05). Conclusions Double continuous suture of cesarean delivery can reduce the risk of second trimester uterine rupture and uterine rupture and improve maternal satisfaction.
