贵州省农科院研究员廖昌礼等同志针对我省约500万亩望天田等水育秧的困难,围绕适时播种、节水育秧和培育壮秧等问题,研究成功了旱育水促育秧新技术。1987年开始在生产中示范应用,增产效果明显,很快得到当地政府、农技干部及干旱地区农民好评,认为这项技术基本解决了望天田靠老天下雨,等水打田育秧、耽误农时的矛盾,确保按时栽秧、增加产量,是值得在干旱地区推广的一种育秧新技术。现将三年示范推广结果总结于后。
