目的探讨全反式维甲酸(ATRA)对人卵巢癌细胞增殖抑制作用及其与细胞周期调控因子cyclinD1和CDK4之间的关系.方法选用人卵巢癌细胞株COC1进行体外培养,以不同浓度的ATRA处理COC1细胞,甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)比色法检测细胞增殖抑制情况;流式细胞仪进行细胞周期时相分析;免疫细胞化学法测定细胞内cyclinD1和CDK4的表达.结果 ATRA浓度为(10-7～10-5)mol/L时,均可明显抑制COC1细胞的增殖(P《0.01),并具有时间-剂量依赖性.ATRA处理COC1细胞后G0/G1期细胞
