幼儿教师的职业人格是基于学前教育理念的生命创造,是多种内在综合素质在实践中不断的反思和重建。本研究以呼和浩特市幼儿教师为研究对象,以霍兰德职业人格理论为依据编制《幼儿教师职业人格调查问卷》和访谈提纲,进行调查研究,揭示呼和浩特市幼儿教师的职业人格发展的现状、分析存在的问题,并提出养成建议。 Kindergarten teacher’s professional personality is based on the concept of pre-school education to create life, is a variety of internal quality in the continuous reflection and reconstruction in practice. In this study, preschool teachers in Hohhot as the research object, Holden’s theory of occupational personality as a basis for the preparation of “preschool teacher occupation personality questionnaire” and interview outline, conduct investigation and study to reveal the status quo of the development of occupational personality of preschool teachers in Hohhot, analysis Existing problems, and put forward suggestions.
