近年来,美国西点军校新制(修)订了《美国陆军军官学校战略规划(2015-2021)》《美国陆军军官学校科学文化课程战略规划(2013-2018)》等一系列面向未来发展的战略规划文本,包括西点的战略环境、使命与愿景、战略规划目标和举措等。研究分析西点军校未来战略发展,对探索我军特色的院校教育创新发展之路,特别是对军队学历教育院校改革实践具有重要的启发作用。
In recent years, the new system of the West Point Military Academy in the United States has revised a series of strategic plans for the future, such as the Strategic Plan for the Schools of the US Army Corps (2015-2021) and the Strategic Plan for the Course of Science, Culture and Civilization for US Army Officer Schools (2013-2018) Text, including the West Point strategic environment, mission and vision, strategic planning goals and initiatives. Studying and analyzing the future strategic development of the West Point military academy will have an important enlightening role in exploring the innovation and development of the military education of our military with distinctive characteristics, especially the reform of military academic qualifications in educational institutions.
