本文在深入研究的基础上观点明确地提出了住宅设计观念应该更新,用“大厅式”住宅替代“走道式”、“小方厅”住宅,以满足我国变化了的日益发展的现代生活要求。论证了“大厅式”住宅的现实可行性,对现代住宅的功能进行了详细分析并提出了设计方案。 On the basis of in-depth research, this article clearly puts forward that the concept of residential design should be updated, replacing the “walk-style” and “small-room” houses with “lobby-style” houses to meet the ever-evolving requirements of modern living in China. The feasibility of “hall-style” residences was demonstrated, and the function of modern residences was analyzed in detail and a design proposal was proposed.
