Objective To explore the age-dependent differences in the neurotoxicity of aluminum and the neurobehavioral function of occupational aluminum workers. Methods The neurobehavioral test was performed on 103 aluminum working workers and 64 control workers using the NCTB recommended by the WHO. The aluminum concentration in the air of the workshop and the daily aluminum intake and aluminum-aluminum level of aluminum workers . Results The stress-anxiety, melancholy-depression and anger-hostility of middle-aged and elderly aluminum workers were significantly higher than those of the same-age control group. The numerical span of young aluminum workers, the middle-aged aluminum workers’ The number of target workers for aluminum workers was significantly lower than that of workers of the same age group. Conclusion Occupational exposure to aluminum can affect the normal neurobehavioral function of workers, and there are age-dependent differences. Young workers are mainly manifested as memory decline, middle-aged and older workers mainly as a result of changes in emotional status and movement speed and accuracy decline
