通过对16名国家队女子举重运动员运动损伤的调查表明:腰部发生的损伤机率最高,其次为膝部、肩部;腕部、背部、肘部发生损伤的机率较低。发生运动损伤的主要原因为:训练水平不够,身体、心理状态不良,准备活动不充分。本文提出了减少损伤的预防建议。
The investigation on sports injuries of 16 national women weightlifters shows that the lumbar region has the highest probability of injury, followed by the knee and shoulder. The injury of the wrist, back and elbow is less likely. The main reasons for the occurrence of sports injuries: training level is not enough, physical, mental state of poor preparation for inadequate activities. This paper presents recommendations for prevention of injury reduction.
