针对电弧风洞试验条件下非催化壁防热材料在非平衡流场中存在的防热性能“欠考核”问题,提出了有效考核方法。以典型陶瓷基复合材料尖劈外形试件为例,采用CFD数值模拟与试验状态调试相结合的方法,对典型电弧风洞试验条件下完全催化壁和非催化壁材料的热流进行了数值模拟,并结合热流实测结果,确定了风洞试验状态并完成了试验,实现了对该类热防护材料防热性能的有效考核,为非催化壁材料防热性能试验“欠考核”问题提供了解决途径。
In order to solve the problem of “under-evaluation” in non-equilibrium flow field of non-catalytic wall heat-resistant materials under arc wind tunnel test conditions, an effective assessment method is proposed. Taking the typical ceramic matrix composite spike shape specimen as an example, the numerical simulation of the heat flow of the completely catalyzed and non-catalytic wall materials under the typical arc wind tunnel test was carried out by the combination of CFD numerical simulation and test state adjustment. Combined with the measured results of heat flow, the experimental state of wind tunnel was determined and the experiment was completed. The effective examination of the thermal protection performance of this kind of thermal protective material was realized, which provided the test of “thermal insulation performance of non-catalytic wall material” Solutions.
