目的:对2例电离辐射意外照射事件受检人员进行外周血染色体畸变分析和生物剂量估计。方法:常规法分析受检者外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变并估计受照剂量。结果:2例受检者的双着丝粒体和易位率均明显高于自发畸变率,估计的全身平均吸收剂量分别为0.21Gy(A)和0.17Gy(B)。结论:2例受检者受到过量照射。
Objective: To analyze the chromosomal aberrations of peripheral blood and biological dose in two cases of accidental exposure to ionizing radiation. Methods: The chromosomal aberrations of peripheral blood lymphocytes of the subjects were analyzed by routine method and the dose of irradiation was estimated. RESULTS: The ciliary body and translocation rates of two subjects were significantly higher than those of spontaneous aberrations. The estimated systemic mean absorbed doses were 0.21Gy (A) and 0.17Gy (B), respectively. Conclusions: Two subjects were over-exposed.
