在小圆柱上钻径向孔,在批量生产中由于夹具不理想就会成为比较麻烦的工序操作。如图1所示的小圆柱工件,通常设计的钻孔夹具是轴端有固定的定位块,移动V形块使工件与钻模板贴合实现夹紧。当工件钻孔完毕后,操作者低头瞄眼用钩子把工件钩出来,工作一个班时间,操作者累得腰酸颈痛,并且加工后的工件轴向尺寸也很难合格。针对上述问题,我们设计和制造了一套小圆柱孔自动退料夹具,如图2所示。其最大特点是凸轮为双
