目的:探讨胎儿泌尿系统畸形中产前超声诊断应用的效果。方法:选取我院2013年9月至2015年8月间出现胎儿泌尿系统畸形的孕妇57例,对其产前超声诊断声像图资料进行回顾性分析,对比病理解剖或体检结果。结果:在本组研究中,经产前超声诊断的胎儿泌尿系统畸形类型为27例肾积水、14例肾囊肿、8例单侧肾、5例肾发育不良以及3例马蹄肾;对比病理解剖或体检结果,只出现1例正常误诊为肾积水,诊断准确率为98.2%(56/57)。结论:通过产前超声诊断,可以准确发现胎儿泌尿系统畸形,在临床中,定期对产妇进行产前超声诊断,减少畸形的的误诊、漏诊,提高优生优育水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal urinary malformations. Methods: Fifty-seven pregnant women with fetal urinary malformations were selected from September 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital. The data of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed, and pathological anatomy or physical examination results were compared. Results: In our study, 27 cases of hydronephrosis, 14 cases of renal cysts, 8 cases of unilateral kidney, 5 cases of renal dysplasia and 3 cases of horseshoe kidney were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound. Contrasting pathology Anatomical or physical examination results, only one case of normal misdiagnosed as hydronephrosis, the diagnostic accuracy was 98.2% (56/57). Conclusion: Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of fetal urinary system can be accurately found in the clinic, regular maternal prenatal diagnosis of ultrasound to reduce the misdiagnosis of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis and improve the level of prenatal and postnatal care.
