当前师范院校正面临着如何改革课程体系,培养适应社会发展需要的合格师资的问题。师范体育专业同样面临这样一个问题。由于师范体育专业的课程体系多年来一直沿用体育学院体育专业培养学生的模式,已不能适应当前社会发展的需要,必须摸索出一套新的课程体系。在这里我们引入了一套系统训练教学技能的方法,称为微格教学法。本文采用文献资料法、试验法来试图探讨微格教学法在实际教学中的作用。发现微格教学法可以提高学生对足球的兴趣,有利于改正错误动作,还能纠正其他同学的错误动作。教学实验结果表明:实验班学生足球技术的掌握情况比对照班好,学生的教学能力也比对照班强。通过对两班的足球技术和组织教学能力的综合考试,实验班成绩优于对照班;对考核成绩进行T检验,两班考核结果具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。教学效果较显著。
At present, normal colleges and universities are facing the problem of how to reform the curriculum system and train qualified teachers to meet the needs of social development. Normal sports major also faces such a problem. As the normal physical education curriculum system has been adopting the mode of cultivating students in physical education major of PE Institute for many years, it can no longer meet the needs of current social development and must explore a new curriculum system. Here we introduce a systematic method of training teaching skills, known as micro-grid method. This article uses the literature data method and the experimental method to try to explore the role of micro-teaching method in the actual teaching. Found that micro-teaching method can improve students’ interest in football, help to correct mistakes, but also correct the mistakes of other students. Teaching experiment results show that: experimental class students grasp the football technology better than the control class, students teaching ability is stronger than the control class. Through the two classes of football technology and organizational teaching ability comprehensive examination, experimental class score is better than the control class; test scores for the T test, the two test results have significant differences (P <0.01). Teaching effect is more significant.
