利用本地资源 引进外省技术——宁夏筹建混凝土制品生产线

宁夏银川加气混凝土制品厂和宁夏建筑总公司,利用本区自然资源,引进四川广汉县灰砂砖厂“灰砂混凝土建筑制品”新技术,经过消化、吸收、改进、提高,试制成功了具有本区特点的“高强灰砂硅酸盐混凝土建筑制品。”做为一种新型的混凝土建筑材料,填补了我区空白,并于1984年12月通过了区级鉴定。高强灰砂混凝土建筑制品,是采用本区生石灰和取之不尽的特细风积砂为主要原料,经粉磨、配料、加水搅拌、蒸压成型而成。主要强度组份为水化硅酸钙。这种建筑制品强度高,抗压强度可稳定在400公斤/平方厘米;若适当调整配方,可达700公斤/平方厘米。其他如抗渗、耐磨、抗冻、保温等性能,皆优于普通混凝土;同时由于这种制品的本色较淡,可以制成彩色制品。这种建筑制品与普通混凝土相比,完全不用水泥作胶结料。与300号普通混凝土相比,每立方米灰砂混凝土建筑制品,可节约水泥350公斤,并节约能源;大量使用风积砂,还可变废为宝。同时,生产周期短,不受气候和季节条件限制,可以常年生产,较普通混凝土成本可降低20%左右,具有明显的经济效益和社 Ningxia Yinchuan Aerated Concrete Products Factory and Ningxia Construction Corporation use the natural resources of the region to introduce the new technology of lime sand concrete building products of the Guanghan County lime sand brick factory.
