提出了一种新型的双平行四连杆柔性铰链弹性导向结构,用作石英力传感器的力导向元件。这种采用柔性铰链连接双平行四连杆形成单方向位移的弹性导向机构,有着优良的机械性能:无机械摩擦,无间隙,运动灵敏度高,导向精度高,能自动消除偏载影响。文中对其在正常载荷及偏载下的响应进行了详细讨论,给出了导向位移及偏移误差和采用这种结构的石英力传感器的应用结果。
A new type of double parallel four-link flexible hinge elastic guide structure is proposed to be used as the force guide element of quartz force sensor. The flexible guide mechanism with flexible hinged double parallel four-link to form unidirectional displacement has excellent mechanical properties: no mechanical friction, no gap, high movement sensitivity and high guiding precision, and can automatically eliminate the influence of partial load. In this paper, the response of the sensor under normal load and partial load is discussed in detail, and the displacement of the guide and the offset error are given. The application results of the quartz force sensor with this structure are also given.
