随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,不同的阶段造价咨询的内容也不同,本文详细讲述了各个阶段的咨询内容.通过工程造价咨询服务,工程造价得以较好的控制.工程造价管理的目的是分析建筑工程具体造价以及采取强有力的措施来控制各细节以及总体工程造价.对于建筑工程而言,工程质量和工期必须要得到保证,同时,必须核算各项指标来规划成本,对工程造价进行有效评估,以有限成本来创造效益最大化.所以,文中主要分析了工程项目全过程造价控制的实现策略,对于今后的建设工程项目造价控制起到一定作用.
