认识实习是人才培养方案中不可或缺的内容,通过观察认识相关专业生产过程,增进感性认识,达到对专业有所了解,进而热爱专业的目的,激发学生的专业学习兴趣。本文在总结多年组织实施认识实习的基础上,介绍了认识实习的组织与实施措施,以期提高认识实习的重要性。 Recognizing internships is an indispensable part of talent training programs. By observing and understanding the relevant professional production processes, enhancing perceptual knowledge, understanding of majors and furthering professionalism, students’ professional interest is stimulated. On the basis of summarizing the years of implementation of cognitive internships, this paper introduces the organization and implementation of cognitive internships in order to enhance the importance of internship.
