目的:确定升麻黄连药对治疗口腔溃疡的最佳比例。方法:选取6个不同配伍比例,通过高效液相色谱法测定升麻黄连药对不同比例提取物中咖啡酸、阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱的含量;比较升麻黄连药对不同比例治疗氢氧化钠灼烧造成的大鼠口腔溃疡的平均溃疡直径缩短值(mm·d-1)。结果:升麻黄连药对以2∶1配伍,咖啡酸、阿魏酸、异阿魏酸、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱含量的综合评分最高,治疗大鼠口腔溃疡,除升麻单用组外,其他各不同配伍比例组均有效,其中升麻黄连2∶1组的平均溃疡直径缩短值最大为(0.72±0.02)mm。结论:升麻黄连药对最佳配伍比例为2∶1。
