民营企业的文化建设与竞争力和国有企业存在一定的整体性差异,其文化竞争力的指标也有自身的特点。民营企业文化竞争力的指标体系共由精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、物质文化、学习文化五个一级指标构成。采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合的方法来评价民营企业的文化竞争力,可以对较多的考虑因素、较多的评价人员的综合评价结果进行汇总,将定性评价的结果定量化,得出该企业文化竞争力的综合评分,为企业的软实力提高提供决策依据。
