为了快速准确测量牛乳乳糖成分,依据光折射理论,提出了牛乳乳糖质量分数的快速准确测量方法。牛乳乳糖溶液样品的获取、温度的影响、试样盒的形状是该测试方法的关键,根据测试要求和测量原理,进行了测试系统的硬件设计、制作和调试,依据乳糖溶液的浓度与CCD上记录的光斑位置存在唯一确定的函数关系,并利用测试系统进行了实验测量,证明了测试方法的正确性,达到了测量目的,即通过“△”形试样盒测试法测量牛乳乳糖的质量分数达到了0.1%的精确度要求,符合国家乳品业测量标准。
In order to quickly and accurately measure lactose components of milk, a rapid and accurate measurement method of milk lactose mass fraction was proposed according to the theory of light refraction. According to the test requirements and measurement principle, the hardware design, production and debugging of the test system were carried out. According to the concentration of lactose solution and the temperature of the sample, the shape of the sample box was the key of the test method. The recorded spot position has a uniquely determined functional relationship, and the experimental measurement is carried out by using the test system to prove the correctness of the test method and achieve the purpose of measurement, that is, measuring the lactose Mass fraction reached 0.1% accuracy requirements, in line with the national dairy industry measurement standards.
