以番茄“圣尼斯红果7846”为试材,在日光温室采用复合基质盆栽法,研究了在番茄第1穗果坐果后改变营养液钾氮比对番茄植株生长、果实品质、产量和植株养分含量等的影响。结果表明:增加营养液钾氮比,植株株高、茎粗、叶面积的增幅均呈先快后慢的趋势;叶绿素含量显著增大;叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率、光合速率及各部位养分含量均呈先增后降的趋势;果实品质得到显著改善,但产量有所减少。该试验条件下T4处理(K∶N=2.9∶1)下番茄果实品质最好,可用于生产高品质番茄;T2处理(K∶N=2.1∶1)的番茄果实,可在不降低产量的前提下改善果实品质。
