劳动定额是煤炭企业贯彻按劳分配的基础,本文从理论与实践两方面探讨了劳动定额在煤炭企业内部承包中的应用,首次提出了承包产量、承包单价、承包工资与劳动定额的关系模型。
Labor quotas are the basis for the coal enterprises to carry out the distribution according to work. This paper discusses the application of labor quotas in the internal contracting of coal enterprises both theoretically and practically. The paper first puts forward the model of the relationship between contracted output, contracted unit price, contracted wages and labor quotas.
