目前,我国有一定规模、专门生产离合器片的正规厂家38家。汽车离合器片是传递汽车发动机动力的重要部件。1985年,我国从英国AP公司引入目前的主流离合器片技术,也就是模片弹簧离合器片技术。为了确保离合器片产品质量,企业首先就要把好材料质量关。目前我国主流离合器片生产企业所使用的关键部位原材料均由国内一些大型现代化钢铁企业专门研制。可以确保离合器片正常工作100万次以上。在原材料粗加工过程中,正规工艺所采用的都是高压锻造方式成型,确保了强度。由于离合器片工作原理的特殊性,它要求很多部件在同一块材料上制造出不同硬度。为此正规厂家的生产过程中都有热处理工艺。正规厂家产品的厚度误差一般不大于百分之五毫米,也就是不大于一个成年人头发丝直径的一半。为了达到这样的要求,正规厂家现在一般采用数控机床进行生产。在产品最终出厂之前,正规厂家还会在每一千套离合器片中任意抽取3套进行寿命试验,只要三个样本中有一个离合器片达不到100万次的寿命要求,这1000套离合器片就要全部销毁。
