文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法。对新疆师范大学体育专业生进行了心理状况的调查与分析。结果显示:1)新疆师范大学体育专业生初次上体操课时,男生和女生出现害怕和紧张的心理反应比例较高,身体素质和协调性差的比例较低;2)体操教学中影响新疆师范大学体育专业生心理因素占比例较高的是“动作难度大紧张”;“不信任”的心理因素比例偏低;3)体操课教学对培养体育专业生预期效果显示:“增强心理稳定性”和“提高自控能力”比例偏高。该调查分析,主要是通过体操课教学,改善学生对体操课学习中心里紧张、害怕等不良心理因素,提高和增强体育专业学生自我心理素质及其自我健康、社会适应等意识能力,改进体操教学教法的合理性与科学性,为发挥体操教学功能,提高教学质量提供一些参考。

The investigation and analysis mainly improve the students ’self-psychological quality and their self-health and social adaptation consciousness and improve the teaching of gymnastics through the teaching of gymnastics, improving students’ anxiety, fear and other negative psychological factors in gym class learning center The rationality and science of teaching method provide some reference for gymnastic teaching function and teaching quality improvement.
