对28份加工型甜椒品种(自交系)硝酸盐含量进行了研究,结果表明:不同基因型的加工型甜椒硝酸盐含量存在着明显的差异,变异幅度从10.16mgkg-1到91.00mgkg-1。经聚类分析将其划分三大类群:高硝酸盐含量类群、中硝酸盐含量类群、低硝酸盐含量类群。进而估算其遗传参数,结果为:GCV:0.49%;广义遗传力:87.23%;遗传进度:43.097%。
The nitrate contents of 28 processed sweet pepper varieties (inbred lines) were studied. The results showed that the nitrate content of processed sweet pepper varied significantly from 10.16mgkg-1 to 91.00mgkg -1. It was divided into three groups according to cluster analysis: high nitrate content, middle nitrate content and low nitrate content. Then the genetic parameters were estimated. The results were as follows: GCV: 0.49%; general heritability: 87.23%; genetic progress: 43.097%.
