煤炭作为我国主要能源之一,对我国的经济发展及国民生活起着极其重要的作用,尤其是在近几年,受到国家宏观经济高速发展的影响和拉动,我国煤炭行业进入了快速、全新发展的黄金时期。在此形势下,我国煤炭企业的发展也出现了许多值得关注的新亮点、新态势,如何保持煤炭企业的稳步发展、如何促进煤炭企业的与时俱进已经成为了我国煤炭企业需要解决的新问题,也是煤炭企业今后发展的新趋势。本文首先阐述了我国煤炭企业的现状,从中发现有待研究的问题,并以战略的发展眼光去看待这些问题,提出相关建议。
